Lucy Rose Fischer is an award-winning artist and author, who also has a background as a gerontologist. Her most recent book, I’m New at Being Old, which has a series of colorful collages, received a Midwest Book Award and an Independent Publishers Gold Award. Her art has been shown in over 50 exhibits and is on permanent display in public institutions and private collections.
