Prelude Homes and Services offers services to help seniors age in place, living safely in their own homes for as long as possible.
As part of a demonstration program, 30 individuals will receive AT NO COST: a thorough home safety assessment, a report outlining any safety concerns, and practical solutions and ideas to resolve some of those concerns at little or no cost.
-Six individuals will receive implementation of the recommended home modifications (a value up to $5,000)
-Six individuals will receive an eight month membership to Prelude at Home’s Assistive Technology Care Concierge Program.
